- You don’t need intensity you need consistency.

- Set 10-15 minutes daily with God
- Build gradually instead of overwhelming yourself
- Remove or Reduce Distractions
- What feeds your flesh will starve your spirit.
- What to do:
- Limit social media, noise and unnecessary input
- Create quiet space for God
- Reignite Through Worship
- Worship softens and awakens your heart.
- What to do:
- Play worship music and engage, not just listen
- Sit in God’s presence without rushing
- Pray for Hunger (Even Without Feeling It)
- Hunger can be asked for and activated.
- Prayer:
- “Lord, give me a desire for You that overrides everything else.”
