There is a Difference

Church folks and God’s folks are not the same thing. Church folks go to church folks go to church. God’s folks are the church.

• I will always agree with this, though I will say that God’s folks do attend church they are mixed in together but the difference shines out once church ends and the rest of the week begin.
• I have posted before about how people treat church like a box to check, that they keep Good in their back pocket and take him out and dust him off on Sundays.
• God’s folks are the people who want to live their entire life God-centered. They work on how they treat others, how they react to situations that come about each day. They wake up with more thought of intuitions of the days.
• There is a meme I love and it shows two paths one packed with people labeled Christian’s and the other less traveled with only a few people labeled God-centered (or labeled something along those lines)
• That path is lonely at times because our lives are changing to center God in it. We change things in our lives about what we are watching reading listening to. Things that most people in or lives don’t understand. But it is a beautiful thing. And in my opinion so worth it.
