There’s Gator in Waco, TX

My last evening here I knew I wanted to try something new, though it does have a lot of the same places as back home, my goal is to always try something new in the new places I go.

—so to the handy dandy google search

—Cajun Craft, yummm yes, to be fair I was looking at the menu before and what sold me was Gator bites, I hadn’t had them in so long and kept saying thats what I really want and there they were.

—I got the gator basket, and of course had to try the Boudin Balls, and my go to favorite fried pickles. So very sad that I won’t get to try more things off their menu but it was delicious.

—I’m not sure you would call Waco a small town but I most definitely underestimated it. I had gotten used to LA, so it’s much smaller compared.
